1. Data controller

The data controller is Bartole LTD, a Cypriot company with registered office at AGP Chambers, 84 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, 4004 Limassol, Cyprus. For any inquiry regarding your personal data, you can contact us through the contact form on our website.

2. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: name, email, phone (optional), service of interest and the current situation that the user decides to share voluntarily. We also store IP address and user agent for security and anti-spam purposes.

3. Purpose

Data is used solely to reply to the request, provide information about our services and, if the user wishes, establish a commercial relationship. We do not send unsolicited marketing.

4. Legal basis

Explicit consent of the user when submitting the form and, where applicable, performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

5. Retention

We keep the data for the time necessary to handle the request and, in case of a commercial relationship, for the period legally required. Unconverted leads are deleted after 24 months at most.

6. Recipients

Data is stored on Supabase (Frankfurt or London, within the EEA) and internal notifications are sent through Resend. No data is shared with third parties for purposes other than those described here.

7. Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability through the contact form on our website. If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence within the EU or with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
