Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the commencement of the service. Each case will be reviewed individually and a response will be issued within 15 days of receiving the request.

10. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

The default currency is the euro (EUR). For recurring services, the User authorises automatic billing unless otherwise specified in the service contract. Failure to make payments on time may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
